REINVENT’s Johannes Stripple and Ludwig Bengtsson Sonesson are part of the group that organised the wonderful and thought-provoking Carbon Ruins exhibition in Lund. It was organised as part of Lund’s Sustainability Week and will be on view in other places after that.
The exhibition takes the viewers to 2053, where transition to a fossil-free society has already happened, and encourages to look back at objects and stories left behind in the Fossil Age. It specifically focuses on plastics, energy, steel, transport and meat&dairy. REINVENT’s researchers (Valentin Vogl, Jacob Hasselbalch, Paul G Raven, Fredric Bauer and Karl Holmberg) have contributed to this exhibition with knowledge and insights from their work.
