REINVENT workshop on finance took place in London on 5 December 2019. Governments and businesses are now seriously engaging with the need to move towards a ‘net-zero’ economy. However, a green transition won't be possible without the engagement of the financial sector.

The possibilities and tensions of ‘financing green’ and ‘greening finance’ were explored against the backdrop of the goal of reaching a net-zero economy across diverse carbon-intensive sectors such as meat/dairy, paper, plastic and steel.
